About Me
The Basics: My name is Christian Whitley. I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music (Voice emphasis) from Dallas Baptist University, I've worked in the manufacturing industry with my family since I was 7 (currently in sales), and I married the love of my life on February 26th, 2018. I am a Christian who believes in redemption by grace, and I believe people can and should be kind to each other.
The Story: I've been in and around stage since I was 7 years old and have always loved the performance environment. After college I jumped around with several different jobs trying to make it as a performer, even going as far as starting a drama team at my church and writing/filming a few simple skits. It wasn't meant to be at that time and I moved on to other hobbies/adventures for the next few years, but I was still seeking that creative outlet. When COVID hit back in 2020 I started flying a drone as a hobby that could potentially fund some vacations for my wife and I. Got a few jobs here and there but it seemed like it was going to be difficult to approach it with the drone as my primary offering, so after a few months I decided to play around with my DSLR so I could possibly add that to the drone work, and I ended up loving it more than I even expected. I set up a simple photo booth at our HOA Block Party for Halloween and it was a hit! From there I started doing portrait sessions, then booked my first court house wedding for a neighbor who was at the block party. The joy of seeing someone's excitement because they get a moment captured by my camera is addictive, so let me help you capture your unique story your way!
